Yes, it was fake
No, it wasn't fake
Parts of it were fake
But on topic, I haven't done a proper investigation into it, so I don't know, although from the investigation I have done it appears it wasn't faked.

Fooling the entire world into believing they actually landed on the moon is probably a greater feat than actually landing there... I don't really care whether they did or not, the fact is, we now have the technology to. I don't care about "beating the Russians".
Seriously, go to the Flat Earth forums, they actually make some of the people here look intelligent.
It would be easier to fake a well documented and monumental event involving millions of people in the pre-modern-technology era... than it would be to fake an event involving perhaps thousands of people in a post-modern-technology era.
That would be akin to saying it would have been easier to doctor a video in 1969 than it is today in 2010.
Do you really believe in such a nonsensical and retrograde notion?

However, as I was saying to others one thing that definitely differentiates it from the idea of a faked moon landing is the motivation and nature. People tend to say we did not land on the moon more because of some laymen's doubt than an actual desire to poke holes in the story.
