I'm never going to back off my opinion (based on subjective observations and experience) that large apartment complexes in suburban Chicago are areas of mini-crime-waves. Nor my opinion that those individuals who own 6-flats (as an example) in an area with many other 6-flats are not necessarily bad managers and rarely slum lords -- but that also they experience the very same mini-crime-waves.
I guess that's called a stalemate. If you would prefer to call it a win, I won't complain. ;-)
