How about XXX-mas? Sorry, couldn't resist.

Seriously though.... Xmas instead of Christmas and making the distinction like that? That makes no sense whatsoever.

I'm agnostic and still celebrate Christmas. Does that make me a hypocrite?

I changed it. i wasn't trying to differentiate Xmas and Christmas, just got lazy. i was saying that i celebrate Christmas out of tradition not belief.

I'm pagan, but I am also a bitter, bitter failure of a human being and I don't celebrate holidays.

If I did, I'd probably do some sort of joint Christmas/Yule thing.

I like Christmas too for the holiday it is of giving. I don't really associate it with the questionable story of Jesus nor do I associate bunny rabbits deliving eggs with the resurrection of Jesus.

    Re: Holiday Celebration

I celebrate Christmas. I'm an atheist, but then again, Christmas is pagan in its origins, and a secular holiday in its practical application.

I think it's become too materialistic, but I'm also glad that it's no longer religious.

Hanuka, but I practically never participate in the materialistic side of this season. Minimally in the religious side.

I celebrate Hanukkah. However, I do exchange gifts with non-Jewish friends and associates on Christmas.
