If there is enough evidence of a sexual assault, then of course he should stand trial for it. As for his "betrayal", really depends on what was published and what real harm it has caused. Most people are just making assumptions and suppositions to say that he should be jailed. But I've seen no real fall out yet of it. Gather information, see what happens.

Ya last I checked he was from Australia, so the conservative blowhards need to shut up about all this betrayal nonsense.

This Julian Asshat guy is originally from Australia. In Oz date rape is an expression of affection. Although the poor guy was in Sweden, he was abiding by Aussie customs.

    Exactly, just a cross-cultural misunderstanding.

Two questions with the poll answers being applied as if there was only one question. Lame.

If there's evidence of the sexual assault then yes he should be tried for it.

As for the "betrayal". He hasn't betrayed anyone so no.

As many have pointed out, this is 2 questions.

Sexual assault: it's a serious charge and should be taken seriously. Yes if there is enough evidence to get him to trial. He needs to turn himself in and go through the process, just like any one else faced with serious charges.

Betrayal: He is not American, so can hardly be accused of betraying a country he is not a part of. I am entirely unsure if his wikileaks activity falls outside the law, but if it does, try him. Personally, I would love for there to be found a way to try him for his wikileaks activity and lock him up for the rest of his life, but it does have to be done legally. The fact he deserves it for his actions is not enough.

Foolishness must not be a secret....
By 2011, our troops will dig out OBL and our President will be an American hero, at least to the pro-Americans.
