Black Friday: what are YOU going to do?

When Black Friday comes I'm gonna dig myself a hole
 
There are a few things I want to get, but I will wait and see if they are on sale before I get them. Black friday may have these items on sale. One item I would particularly like is an android based pad computer. They are pretty cheap, but cheaper is always better.
 
I can think of little more stupid than camping out in front of a store at 2:30 in the morning. Or, as some people do, for days ahead of time.
 
I am a truck driver I will be working. When I stop I will watch football
 
I'm still going to be in a food coma.... Hopefully face down in a pie tin:party
 
I'll be at home while the crazy people kill each other over discount Chinese junk.
 
Depending on if there is anything I want I may get up early (for me that is 9-10am, retirement has its benefits) and try to get it unless the crowd is too large.
 
I might hit Wal-mart or Dollar General since the crowds won't be as bad. I wouldn't go to Best Buy at gunpoint.

My wife used to regale me with stories of virtual stampedes when she worked at walmart. Luckily she was in the photobooth and the crowd was kept at by with a counter.
 
Still can't be as bad as Best Buy. Black Friday is generally about electronics, and Best Buy is the premiere big box store for that sort of thing.

I blissfully do NOTHING on Black Friday.

I don't leave the house
I don't watch the news
I don't head to the store for even TP or milk.

I do nothing. . . I enjoy sitting on my ass eating chocolate and doing nothing while everyone else kills theirselves just to 'be in it'
 
I've been to 2 consecutive Black Fridays. The last one (last year), I was injured while moving to get a boxed computer. You know how some Wal-Marts let you in and crowd around a stack of boxed goodies? Yep, I was there waiting for hours to grab it whilst others were just as anxious. When we had the signal to start, I lunged for the box but a smaller woman darted in, pulled the box back hard, and slammed it into my face. Eh, I still got one, though. It's like a piranha attack. This year I'd rather stay with family rather than compete in the arena.

Hopefully, depending on the weather, sitting in a tree stand or in a ground blind waiting for that monster buck to make a mistake and come out of hiding during daylight hours. ;)
