Well, I haven't watched many of those shows, and some I've never even heard of...

I see that I have my eye-work cut out for me...

    Time to watch some Sci-Fi!

On a more serious note, of the shows I have watched, Star Trek shows are near the top of the list, in the following order: TNG, DS9, Voyager, TOS (I just couldn't get into the older-style Sci-Fi), Enterprise.

SG and SG: A are up there as well, haven’t watched any of SG: U yet...

(I prefer the old BBC series myself, though the remake was okay.)
I liked it best in the original BBC radio series, but the TV series was great. The remade movie was good too, although I didn't like Simon Pegg too much. Not my idea of the lead.

My absolute favorite is a tie between Babylon 5 and Firefly.
I agree with the last - have not seen Eureka and LEX always wanted to make me swat the TV (do NOT show a space ship designed to look like a giant fly to an Aussie)

But honorable mention - even just for sheer cheeziness of sets has to be Blake's 7

    Buffy's not a science fiction for crap's sake, it's a fantasy.
    And I go with Sliders.

You say that like it's a good thing.

Torchwood only ran for 2 seasons, but it was pretty awesome. Sexiest bisexual male lead in history, too.
