    Hardly. Medicare is one of the more obvious things to cut.

    Like I said, before- Repubs have said they will focus on tax cuts, job creation and reducing the deficit. These goals are incompatible...
    No, they are not. All three of these things can happen at the same time; noen of them are necessarily anthemic to deficit reduction.

    especially as they are on record opposing "H.C. rationing" and have already expanded medicare w/o a funding mechanism.
    That was the previous GOP congress, not this one. Apples/oranges.

    I oppose renewing the Bush tax cuts for the rich and the middle class. I think there are better ways to stimulate the economy than tax cuts.
