Forrest Gump is a masterpiece! No way Star Wars is better!

The very first time I saw Star Wars, it was awesome. No one had ever seen anything like it before, because no one had ever made a space epic that was so HUGE before.
Forrest Gump was a great movie on many levels, however. I had trouble deciding between them, but chose Forrest for its depth.
Saving Ryan's Privates was good. I enjoyed Finding Nemo. Liked Raiders and all Indiana Jones movies. Dances, Top Gun and ET were okay but not great. I didn't hate Titanic... but it was a bit too much of a chick-flick to suit me.

Star wars and Saving Private Ryan. The rest are pretty overrated.
The original Star Wars, was awsome but reality is far more intresting. Saving Private Ryan is #1 in my book. Out of this list anyway.

No Lives Matter
I can't believe that anyone actually voted for the POS that "Forrest Gump" is..That movie totally blew. It remains the biggest injustice in Oscar history that the Academy voted Forrest Gump best picture over Pulp Fiction which was by far the better movie.
Women (Nasty or otherwise) are going to be the reason that Donald Trump is NEVER President!
disney - have you ever seen THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH? It is Cecil B. DeMille at his worst. When they anounced that it won Best Film that year, it was a live feed on ABC-TV. It was easy to hear somebody in one of the front rows loudly complaining "who votes for this sh**".
btw - I like GUMP but understand the opinion of those who do not. I also feel that not one of the films on the list is truly a GREAT film in the sense that it would rate a 10 out of 10. Perhaps RYAN comes closest but the last half of the film fails to live up to the excellence of the first half.

Saving Private Ryan then Forrest Gump. I have noticed baby boomers, especially those that lived through those times, tend to like Forest Gump better than younger folks.
