And i suppose you'd have them sacrifice leeks, rather than virgins? You take all the fun out of being a god.

I would promote the sacrifice of carrots to bunnicula.

I wouldn't want to live in any of those times. Visit most certainly...but not live.

I wouldn't mind visiting the past or future, but I'm OK with the present.

If I could visit the past, I'd visit during the 1940's era - but not for any respectable or admirable reason - only because I loved the 'style' that whole decade brought. Where men dressed like gentlemen and women dressed as ladies... the fashion statement to me was - class! Perhaps I'm just nostalgic because of my obsession with old movies, but that is definitely a time I'd like to visit. :)
Damn straight! I love the fact that, in those days, men wore suits and hats. The popular style now sucks. Business casual is to fashion what a cubicle is to furniture. Even though my office is business casual, I always wear a shirt and tie as a small rebellion against business casual. Men should dress more like Cary Grant and less like Ashton Kutcher.

But the 1940's is fascinating to me for other reasons. The whole world is in flux. Since losing my grandfather last summer, I've been studying more and more about that time period. I think we sometimes view the outcome of World War II as being guaranteed. But those people who lived in that time had no such guarantee, or even any hint that the Allies might win it until late 1944. Can you imagine what it must have been like to live with the uncertainty that we were fighting against pure, unadulterated evil, and that the evil could win?

I wear cargo jeans and a golf shirt to work every day. I love it. Especially given the fact that my pants have many pockets in which I can carry my tools when I have to do work on the wiring or on a PC or server.

I push papers around, sit in front of a computer and meet clients every so often. I kinda like to look professional when I meet with clients. Maybe that will make them think I know what I'm doing ... maybe ...

Ahh, I don't deal with customers. If I did, I would dress more nicely. Of course, my boss, who is a plant manager and meets with customers all the time rarely tucks in his shirt.

It would largely depend on whether I would be male/female and royal/serf. All eras sucked for the lower class. And women were part of the lower class.

But if I could go back and relive college, I'd totally be down with that.

I learned something about myself. I think I might be a sissy. I chose years I've already lived except for 4 yrs. :-(

I am annoyed at the lack of range that the poll has. Especially since there are no future options.

I'd enjoy living the life of a pharaoh, king, prince, or highly esteemed war general from any era- top two choices would be of Rome and Sparta, but I must say I enjoy my life pretty damn well right now here in The United States of America in 2010.

Have fun living in a nuclear wasteland and/or being governed by depsotic aliens. :)

If I go forward and see that, than I can always hit the rewind button.

I'd go back to 1980 and make myself millions of dollars by betting on sports.

This. Or go back to the late 60's early 70's to watch the best cartoons ever like Scooby Doo when they were first aired.

You can watch them now on the cartoon channel.

Earlier than what the choices allow for. I'd go back to 300 BC or so and hang with the druids of Gaul. But I would most like to be a part of Egypt when it was at it's peak - roughly around 1500 - 1200 BC, in between the 2nd and 3rd Intermediate periods.

Druids of Gaul? There you go again with World of Warcraft

I think I love you.

If you're not watching the Chiefs right now, I'm afraid I won't be able to reciprocate.
