Where Do you want to Live: The Poll

Where would you want to live?

I'd be happy moving back to Coastal NC personally.

But I also chose some places I wouldn't mind living in on a more temporary basis (several months).

Of course, those choices centered around places where english is spoke regularly, because I don't really care to have to LIVE with a language barrier for longer than a week.

UK/Ireland...... or India.

Other than the fact that English is spoken in India commonly, India's culture is rather interesting to me, the whole Hindu thing especially.

The Philippines

I like living where I'm at, but if I had to choose somewhere else it would probably be New Zealand or the Netherlands.

You don't include a lot of countries in your poll, so from your list I can only go with the Pacific Islands (New Zealand).

Do you really like sheep that much?

Mmmmm. Sheep.

No but I really like the open wide green hills areas they have there in New Zealand.

Do you also want to live in a hole in the ground?

I'll admit NZ does have some beautiful scenery though.

Sounds like a lot of bugs problems.
Don't they have normal houses there in NZ? (outside the big cities)

They have some proper towns, but a lot of people live in the side of hills.

Those poor shepherds.

Isn't that where they've filmed the Lord of the Rings hobbit village?

Shut up, I'm trying to convince Gardener that New Zealanders actually live like that

Then you're ought to tell Gardener about it at one point or another.

I'd like to summer in either Maine or Norway someday when I can afford that. I have a strange attraction to fjords. :)

I made some choices, but those will all be on the back burner once I make my millions and buy my own island.

If South Africa became safe I'd wanna go back to my homeland to pretty much die when I'm older.

Failing that, I'd love to retire to New Zealand.

I would like to live in the north. The south is too freakin hot.

Even in the great white north it can get pretty hot in summer...

but not like Texas hot I agree.

I live in Georgia and its been straight 95 degrees for the last two and a half months. After a while, the heat takes a toll on your balls.
