I would totally vote for him, but only if he delivered the State of the Union in a towel or from horseback.

Because it implies that voting should be done on the basis of race.

This thread should be mocked into non-existence.

Since we have a black President, I was wondering how people felt about other black candidates.

And yes, I DO vote on issues, always, not race, sex, or ethnicity.
It's Ok to go on and on about having the first black president, but is racist to talk about the next black president.

    I want an orange president.

    ... and not Boehner

It is racist to select people on the basis of race. It's fine that he's the first black president, but I didn't vote for him because he was black.

    NIce try, though.

Yeah, I think that most people wouldn't vote for someone solely on race. Me, I didn't vote for Obama at all because he's a Chicago politician. I knew what we'd get.
You know the time is right to take control, we gotta take offense against the status quo

It's like voting for someone from Louisiana or New Jersey.

Just wondering, would you call it sexist if the thread was titled (Who should be the first woman president) or who should be the first gay president, or who should be the next old white dude president?
I don't find the thread racist at all. Just sayin'

That's because you see nothing wrong with voting on the basis of race.
