You can deny it all you like.. but clearly white racists groups applaud the roll back of the 1964 civil rights act.

That may be true, but I couldn't fault them if they were just standing there. But they had done more than that, and what they did warranted at the very least an investigation. I think to the rest of us, it's clear that it was an act of voter intimidation.

K, you can't answer the question. You're just throwing out your suppositions and assumptions and bigotries against a particular political group. Noted.

Wasn't this law passed because of the KKK showing up at voting booths in hoods and carrying nooses and the like?.
The Black Panther Party is the KKK...the races are just switched.

You don't know me to speak like that. And certainly, not. I couldn't even think that all gunmen are anything but pure spirits.

My kids took off with my headphones, so I can't listen to it, although I have seen it in the past. I will go off of memory.

They are not charging him because of his little racist song dancy thing. They are trying to charge him because of what happened on that day.
What seems to be continually ignored in the video is that there are white people leaving this area who seem to be completely unaffected by these two men standing there.

Funny also if they were white and carrying guns, they would just be NRA members protecting their second amendment.

I posted the video so you would know that the Black Panthers aren't an innocent group that is simply trying to justly protect blacks. They HATE white people. They want white people to suffer. They want to KILL WHITE BABIES. They're the black KKK.

Umm no .. racism is recurrent at the Tea Party rallies.. and Rand Paul(as do libertarians) supports the roll back of the 1964 civil rights act. Seems that while libertarians are doing it intentionally or unintentionally they are giving whites back their white only lunch counters or whichever other variety of business that would discriminate based on color. The black panthers, I guess, should be voting for the Tea Party. It is ironic isn’t it?

You haven't shown any of that to be based on racism. You're jumping to that conclusion so you can pursue your bigoted opinion. Coincidence, supposition, and assumption are all you have. So in that light, we can return to the topic at hand which has NOTHING to do with the Libertarian party or the Tea Party.
