That is great, if people want to do that. They can do this already though.

Do you know many men who were tricked into ejaculating into a woman?

But as the law stands now, the woman can still get an abortion without consent, or even informing the father. I don't think thats right.

This argument is bull, unless it was rape, the woman wanted to be there just as much as the guy. It sucks, but for us girls, getting pregnant is a possible consequence from having unprotected sex. We need to be ready for that responsibility before having any kind of sex that could result in a pregnancy.

Here is something showing that a child support order can be placed on a guy before birth.

    Just a pdf brochure.
That says paperwork can be started before birth.

As a person who pays child-support, I happen to know that the child has to have a SS#. You don't get a SS# until you're born. In so far as the State is concerned, there is no dependent until proof of live birth is submitted.

    It's a two way street.
I'm sure if the situation wasn't so favorable to your choice gender, you'd be howling about how unfair it is.

Some people are capable of understanding fairness and equality.
Some like to rub their unearned privilege into the face of others.
I take it your in the later group.

I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

That's from the state of California and it says that a person can receive it before the birth of the child, as long as paternity is established.
Other sites have confirmed this but they didn't have the air of official documentation for me to post here.

My question is, what happens if she decides to abort after support has been started?

This is an issue that I am very torn on: on one hand I do think the father should have input but in the end? For me it always comes down to it is the womans body so the final choice is hers.

I feel for men who want that baby and want to raise it. But they are not the one who must carry that child for 9 months.

That is how the world works. That is nature. That is where nature says, "your choices are over now." (to the man)

And yes it would be ideal if both parties protected themselves before even having sex. But women still have an extra card. It would also be nice if the woman would take into consideration the mans feelings, but legally its her right.

This is a "debate" board. This is what people do on a debate board. I don't run around in real life, rubbing my "unearned privilege" (LMAO) in front of peoples faces.
