Well you'd have a hard time in his scenario then using the people he's referencing...as you have guy who regularly and continually did drugs but stopped only cause he can't purchase it anymore insulting someone and degrading them for being a 'druggie", and then you have a guy that thinks that punishments should be harsher for people on drugs yet took advantage of the law as they're written currently and got off with naught but a slap on the wrist.

I don't consider pot a drug. I consider it an herb.

I don't do hard drugs and I don't even drink, so there.

I am not hypocritical about it. Hypocritical is when a person denies the truth.

I never claimed to be an angel and I am not trying to win any popularity contests. A person like Limbaugh is the hypocrite who claims to be "on loan from god". Before he got busted he was preaching that drug users should all be imprisoned.

I try to tell it like it is and not what everyone wants to hear.

I did not say I could not purchase it anymore. I said I did not purchase it because I can not afford it.. Even though I can not afford it, technically I could purchase it.

    Well that's wonderful and all.

But the country considers it a drug, so your personal definition means jack **** and is no less rationalization then someone going "Rush got addicted by using a legitimate drug for a legitimate purpose"

Only if you add the specific people that he is alluding to into the question. But if you take the question at face value: "Who would you trust more if you had no choice? A pot head or somebody on hillbilly herion?" my answer fits perfectly.

I don't know, at that point it'd come down to trust them to do what and how much have they had respectively.

A pot head that's not smoking? Well him of course. A pot head that is high out of his mind compared to someone that's taken one vicoden? Probably the vicoden guy. Trust to be part of my hotdog eating contest? Well bring on the pothead. Trust to have a reasonable conversation that won't be filled with giggles? Give me the guy on hillbilly heroin.

My point was that I wouldn't base it on their drug use, but instead on their character.

But I got to admit, Id totally take the pothead in a hotdog eating contest, as well.
