No, I'm calling your attempt guess that I live in a gated community an "ignorant" one since you based it on little actual factual useful knowledge and instead based it off of a joking comment regarding stereotypes used in regards to drug users

That doesn't make sense to me. Why do you want more totalitarianism and intrusion just because there is totalitarian and intrusion when you don't want there to be any totalitarianism and intrusion?

Because if pressure were brought to bear about drug testing everyone then they would finally declare it unconstitutional as it is.

I do believe in equality regarding the rule of law. Why should only some people be tested and not others?

I'm not sure why this poll even exists as Rush runs the Republican party and all others are mere wannabes.

Maybe they'll give him Sen. Byrd's seat.

Re: Who is the most influental conservative voice in America?

Most influential - and all we get are a few ****-pickers?
When I look for influence I don't look for "who I see more" or "who gets the most controversial headlines" - I look at who actually *has* influence and power.

General David Petraeus is my top choice for OBVIOUS reasons.

There's Supreme Court Justice Scalia, of course.

Dick Morris - political analyst . . . I like this guy, personally - one of the few.

Ailes and Murdoch - President and owner of Fox News

So is Paul Gigot - unlike TV yaptraps who go for ratings or like Ann Coulter who goes for "being most offensive" - he's the editorial page editor for the New York Times.

And Antonio Machiavelli - haha - ok - not a modern guy but he's very influential, still. . . and I just like him and thought I'd throw him on here.

Rick Santorum - started the No Child Left Behind monster of a disaster - originally known as the Santorum Amendment. . . out of the picture but left an incredible sway over our children's education.
A screaming comes across the sky.
It has happened before, but there is nothing to compare it to now.
