I would fight, based upon history.

Stress is the confusion created, when the mind overrides the body's natural impulse to strangle the **** out of some asshole who desperately deserves it.

Exercise, going into wilderness, meditating, etc.

If something is a source of high stress for a pro-longed period of time I try to cut it out of my life. I've quit jobs in the past because they were too stressful. I don't put up with it.

Yes, exercise is really good for relieving stress.

    Re: Stress

Excessive stress used to take me to the point of really serious depression. After rebooting and installing new software, it now passes through, above, and around me and goes on its merry way.

When I get stressed I have to occupy myself with something physically strenuous. . . having DIY projects is great, however, they're also a source of stress.

Thus my obligatory condemnation of White supremacy will now be in every post, lest I be accused of supporting it because I didn't mention it specifically every time I post.

Believe me, about the only way that could be worse is if the bone had punctured through the skin. He's got to have surgery and will be wearing pins in his hand for some time while it heals (the surgery hasn't taken place yet because they discovered he has a heart arrhythmia that needed evaluation by a cardiologist and also his insurance at his new job hasn't gone into effect yet, so he has to get approval to have the surgery at the county hospital). It's not normally his nature to do stuff like this, so it's kinda shocking that it happened at all.
