Or is he conservative, in that he hasn't changed his gameplan since the 1960s...

What surprises me is that people can actually vote for some one other than Al Sharpton. Hell I don't think the man even likes himself.

I cannot stand the little twit. He is a phony, a bully, and intellectually dishonest. What is funny is how many libs love a guy who not only slept with Ann Coulter but who apparently gets "the wood" every time he is around her

BM spent the rest of the show looking like someone had peed on his birthday cake

The next time she showed up it was in a patent leather mini and white hose and she made a little comment to the effect of "happy today"?

Wow...that's just really sickening. It's like taking the two worst extremes of both sides and...I don't even want to think about what they did.

Thank God it is pretty much gay sex because I would hate to picture the result of them actually breeding.

I'd like to know why you think those people on your list are "liberals"? I know the right wing fringes want to label anyone not clinging to their edge without white knuckles a liberal. But just because they say it doesn't make it so. To me they're just sensible moderates laughing at the right wing loonies.

Maher used to get serious wood every time she was on his show. She used to put the Vulcan Mind Screw on him. She's much smarter than he is.
 
I think Bill Maher can be pretty funny.I cant stand his audience though they clap everything he says.Rachel maddow makes terrible jokes that arent really jokes all the way through her programme.Very annoying.

There are funny liberal and conservative comedians its only when they get directly involved in politics they lose their shine for me.

Joe Lieberman is the liberal that I least like. And his latest stunt, the "Terrorist Expatriation Act" (TEA) is so foul even some Republicans can't stomach it.

But of the odd mix of entertainers and advocates and commentators on the poll, Al Sharpton is the only black man and I suspect, the most challenging for non-blacks to understand and easily identify with. I think he's mellowed of late and done some good.

I guess if I had to pick one, Bill Maher probably makes me shudder the most with his ignorance about vaccines, his animal rights advocacy and his self indulgent sermons about society. He's not that good at stand up; he's not that good an interviewer. So, now, I am wondering why I even pay him any attention at all; although I must say his in-your-face mockery of modern religious belief is quite satisfying.

Bill Maher is even less talented a stand up comedian than is John Stewart, which is why both require a team of rotating writers and assistants to make their "patter" tolerable and so called "brilliant" for up to 21 minutes at a time, upon the cable channel of your choice.;)

Most comedians work with writers. Delivery and timing are where the true art of comedy lies.
