    If you ever listen to, as a prime example, Michael Savage on AM radio, you'll hear it in his voice. The guy is outrage 24/7. I don't know how he sleeps at night.
    He makes me all jittery inside. I can't listen to him.

    When people become outraged they usually pick on Timmey.

    You forgot "good intentions".

    A good example of the need to be outraged: The Prof's posts criticizing Obama for not heading directly to the gulf to stop the oil leak, using (apparently) his super powers.

    Obama = superman, ya know.

    Misguided intentions fall under the category of attachment. You become attached to the notion that your plan or idea is what's best for the world. It stems from the ego and nothing more.

    And yet, somehow, you find the outrage and tears of Glenn Beck soothing. Go figure.

    Beck has far more humor involved.

    Or, at least he did last time I listened to him...been a year or so.

    He's largely lost it, and started crying and ranting a lot more.

    Even so...

    If memory serves, Savage was a much more serious and "doom and gloom" type of show (not to mention anger and ranting), as opposed to Beck, which had more humor, (but also anger and ranting, although to a lesser extent). Has Beck gained the doom/gloom factor?

    It's hard to say. My mind does tend to wander slightly after about 30 seconds of his witless and inane doublespeak.

    It's like listening to a drunk person, on an acid trip who for some reason is completely obsessed with the notions of "liberty", "freedom" loving ones country and other such $h!t.

    He does seem oddly convinced that universal healthcare will cause some form of apocalyptic rift in the space time continuum. I don't think he's visited Europe yet. I think if he did and found that we're all doing just fine with our crazy communist healthcare, he might sober up a bit and chill the $%^ out
