That's an easy one. It's because statisticians, unless they are objective and unbiased, pose statistical choices to achieve the outcomes they desire.

    None of the above.

America, like most of the world, is becoming less and less racist.

Isn't the war on terror racist beneath the blanket of hypocrisy?

Last I remember, it was a white guy that we put to death for a terroristic act.

Seems to me like the racism is now a lot more politically correct. Instead of saying 'a nigger would never get through school! come on! he's a nigger!' they now use the nigger's name. Overall I think that as far as 'Americans' go, most people between the ages of 35 and 50 today grew up and were raised with the same misconceptions about race that their parents had. Only now it is no longer seen as correct to express one's feelings about a particular race out in the open. They do it on forums instead.
Holy illogical leap Batman. How much assuming did you have to do to get this? Obama is a smart guy. He's a liar and a cheat as well, but he's smart and can get away with it. But you have to do some mighty fine stretching of reality to make it seem like those who think that America is well less racist now than in the past are somehow racist themselves.

Um, you didn't offer an option for America becoming LESS racist? That's biased.
There is nothing demonstrably true that religion can provide the world that cannot be achieved more rationally through entirely secular means.

Not remotely. It's funny how people can take an action and automatically only see race as the cause when clearly it has little or no bearing. I guess some people are conditioned to only see events in terms of skin color, but these people are then, at least in my experience, the ones who turn around and scream bloody murder and play the race card constantly.

    Go figure.

Oh - So you subscribe to the belief that Obama benefited from affirmative action? Why? Do you think Obama couldn't have gotten through Harvard on his own without cheating and lying? Do you think his color played a role in how far his education has gotten him? Why? Does it seem like impossible to you that a single black guy would get through Harvard Law? Why? Do you feel blacks are an inferior with less intellectual abilities than whites? What is it about a black guy graduating from a top university that makes some whites question whether he got there on his own or not? I guess when you see a black guy achieve more than you in life he couldn't have possibly done on it on his own.

But you have to do some mighty fine stretching of reality to make it seem like those who think that America is well less racist now than in the past are somehow racist themselves.
    Read what I actually said:

Some of the same posters in this thread who say America is becoming 'less and less' racist are those who will swear that it is highly unlikely that Barack Obama got through university without Affirmative Action.
Do you feel like you're included in 'some of those posters'? Why?

Is there some rule that there can not be racism against white people?

I said nothing about color but you did. Notice?
