Q1. I don't know
Q2. I don't know
Now you're just flailing in desperation. See, if I were easily provoked, I'd say something to you that your richly deserve, yet would violate the guidelines. Instead, I'll remind you that this certainly does not mean I approve of such things, and ask for the apology you owe me, and for you to calm down before you say something even more desperate.Glad to see you approve of child rape as long as it's just a little arabic girl.
The hadiths were created so it made the Qu'ran alot more easier to understand. Certain instructions are within the hadiths that are not in the Qu'ran, such as the sayings of Prophet Mohammed and ritual for prayers.
The Qu'ran supercedes the hadiths as it was inspired by God. Hadiths are merely stories and sayings by a collection of scholars. Very little of it was written during Prophet Mohammeds life so it cannot be confirmed.
Furthermore, not all Muslims accept the hadiths, the entirety of the text is not there making it unreliable.
Other parts have been discarded, the scholar you chose for your "evidence" handpicked certain parts and threw away many others. (He collected about 300000 hadiths and included only about 4000)
If you need me to go more indepth I will be happy to but bottom line is, using the hadith to prove something is pointless as it is dependent on whether the Muslim accepts hadiths to begin with
