I did not say everyone here was a deep thinker; just that places like this would attract deep thinkers.

Also, most people here are not "fundamentalist creep" (whatever that means), their ideas are not "pushed on them through the media", and this site is not made up of "the masses" in the first place.

    But it's a public forum.
When you post here, you are- theoretically at least- communicating your thoughts not merely to your fellow forum members, but also to the internet at large.

The partisan hacks, the recreational poster, and the "deep thinker" are all well represented here. And some folks shift from type to type.

Introvert. Always naturally shy, reinforced by disability, and further reinforced by social groups.

There are lots of interesting people here.
I think that even though this is a public forum the topic (politics) is limited to a certain group of interested people.

80% of the people here are very likable, even when I disagree with them.

I always like your posts, but I will admit that I don't read, carefully, long posts in general.

I doesn't exist, currently (only in outline form) however, it would be a pretty cool project to follow through with. I was voted most likely to become a famous author in school, and lots of folks have recommended I write a book on my work experiences. Writing is a lengthy process for me, and I just don't have the time, for the most part.

And if it's real, is this whole website just one elaborate psychological experiment? Because that would explain a lot.
Hmmm... well, in truth... I'd rather keep you all guessing.

    Re: Introvert or Extrovert?

I think it would be an awesome book/ psychological study.
I once wrote a story entirely in the form of a chat room transcript (it turned out at the end of the story that it was a chat room for dead people, and all of the characters were actually ghosts).
