You don't know anything about my struggles or my people.

It is not helping blacks, or our cause. You can continue to support "niggaz" all you want. I will support the fine black people.
Chris Rock makes his living off making racist jokes. He is a really good example. Not.

Also it is telling how you call people of your own race "niggaz".. Says a lot about you.

Economic disadvantage is the single most relevant factor in preventing the most talented and most committed from realising their potential, within the education arena and employment market. Transferring AA programmes from their current gender and racial bases to an economic one would serve to strengthen public support for it and still ensure greater diversity within higher education and more generally in the ranks of the upper professional levels of corporations and organisations.

If society cannot ensure that kids of all backgrounds get a broadly equivalent early-years education (and that should be one of any government's top priorities) then programmes to attempt to level the playing field further along the line should be welcomed and extended. Giving preference to wealthy women or members of ethnic groups doesn't solve the problem at all. What it does is create economic inequalities and undeserving elites within the groups that the programmes are seeking to assist.

But then people would just bitch and groan about it is now how we are giving stuff to the poor folks

Of course some of the folks in this thread that do not understand racism and the need for A.A. probably think people are poor because it is their own fault.

Yeah right. Tell that to a little kid who momz is outta work and no food in the house to eat. It is his fault! Not

Same with people who cannot get out of the hood-it is all their fault. The hell it is

Total B.S. Most of those polygamy groups out in Utah are on welfare. I should have said Mormons not Amish. There is also a big underground of pedophila going on with a lot of them and some do not even try to hide it by marrying off their young women at very young ages. Not to mention the inbreeding factor.

    Totally OT though.

Bill Cosby was attacked because he seems to have fallen out of touch with his own culture. He is just another old geezer who does not "get" the younger generation.

I do see your point. but I have found that if you just allow people to vent, with out objection, or ridicule, they often get it all out of their system, and chill out. the problem is, we often just add more wood to the fire. I feel people can get un-pissed, in the same shorts they got pissed in. I don't really care. I have problems of my own, that I try to ignore.
