Depends, not leaving could be entirely self destructive.
I was discovering that life just simply isn't fair and bask in the unsung glory of knowing that each obstacle overcome along the way only adds to the satisfaction in the end. Nothing great, after all, was ever accomplished by anyone sulking in his or her misery.

I think it's smart. Why wouldn't you want to live where the state and populace most agrees with your stances on a plethora of issues?

I can honestly say that, in the political debate world, almost nothing pisses me off more than people who say "I hate <country X> (usually America)" while living in that country. If you're over 18, it makes you a hypocrite. If you're under 18, it makes you a stupid little kid who probably doesn't know what the hell he's talking about. Either way, he loses.

Why is it cowardly to live where you want to live? That makes no sense

That's because you don't have to deal with the Swiss Germans every day.

    Too true!

Anyway, it's always been my dream, ever since I was a young boy, that I would someday become a Swiss banker. "Think of the money!!!" I would say to myself as I played with my Transformers...

I think a situation where I would feel the need to flee would be limited strictly to a situation where my family was in serious danger. My ancestors have soaked the ground of America's battlefields with far too much of their blood for me to take such an action lightly.

I think I'll be able to swing that eventually.

For me, Canada because its practically the United States just with less crime. Then Australia, and possibly China. China is not a bad place for an expat to live.

Canada would be my first choice though simply because of all the fishing, and wilderness.

Will you adopt me? My diaper only needs changing twice a day! Really, it's not that bad...
