If you are eating the liver of an animal who was healthy before it died, then there will be no "nasties" in it. That's probably one of the biggest misnomers about eating liver. It is probably one of the healthiest meats you can eat to replenish your body, although it should be eaten only occasionally because of how rich it is.

Everyone eats organ meat the world over. There's nothing wrong with it and it shouldn't be phased out of people's diets. We live in the lap of luxury and want choice cuts of meat while throwing the rest of the animal away. It's a shameful practice that has nothing to do with a move away from primitiveness, but a spoiled attitude.
Many vitamins are not properly designed for nutritional absorption. However, there are those which are, and those are the ones to take. Everyone else in the world can eat organ meat, that's fine. We live in a place where we have enough technology and knowledge to supplement our diets with proper vitamins and thus we can cut the organ meats out. Leave it for the dog and cat food (it's not thrown away). Organ meat is fine when that's all you got, but once you get to a certain level you don't need it anymore. We're at that level.

And thus we should righteously crusade against the evils and demonic powers of organ meats in all their satanic forms! Cursed meats from beyond the river, they shall taste sweet justice as the light is cast upon them and they receive their final judgment!

Your logic is flawed. The type of meat that is eaten has nothing to do with whether or not a society is advanced or not. People still eat liver and other organ meats all the time. People who are seriously ill can benefit from organ meats the most as they are the most rich and replenishing. You don't have to be some rural peasant in a developing nation to eat organ meat; I'm a doctor and I eat organ meat. Many organ meats are far more nutrient-dense than steak.

I think your views on vitamin use could use some updating. Vitamins are not meant to replace food-sourced nutrients. They are meant to supplement only, especially if you have a deficiency. Thus if you are lacking in B vitamins and iron, you would be better off eating liver than taking those in pill form. Iron in vitamins is not heme-iron so most of it gets passed through your large intestine quite easily, whereas if you eat liver, the heme iron is already present and your body has to do less work to modify it.

Just own up to the fact that you think eating liver is gross and don't like it. Don't try to spread misinformation about it.

I'll tell you good citizen! You see, that's part of the digestive tract of the animal. Now chickens are commonly used in voodoo ceremony, so do you know what that means? The digestive tract, part of the "giblets" as you call them, are actually an inter-dimensional portal way to the land of the damned. It's true, that's why it's used in voodoo. When you place these evil devices within your food, you are communing with evil itself. This is one of the many nefarious plots of Satan himself to secure his rebirth upon this land once enough organ meat has been eaten.

If you love this world good Reverend, you'll avoid the giblets from here on out.

Tasty easy pate snack that everybody loves.

    1 pack of liverwurst.
    I pack of cream cheese.
    3.tablespoons (exactly) Worcestershire sauce.
    chopped green onions
    bacon bits
    salt and plenty of pepper
    Club crackers to serve.

Let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.

My friend, John, taught me this. Make plenty. It goes fast.
