The 34 democrats that opposed this deserve a medal for their courage.

So.. not sure how it's a pre-existing condition. Unless you consider being a man a pre-existing condition because men can have prostate problems and erectile dysfunction.

Well what do you know, the Democrats do have a spine!

You can't even point to the provision of the Constitution that would allow for this sort of tripe, and the General Welfare Clause (go look it up) isn't it.
Article I Section 8 of the Constitution, to regulate commerce among the states, will be used to support that Congress can indeed mandate that people buy health insurance or pay a fine.

Just admit that it is unconstitutional as hell, you want a new entitlement and you want to retain the government, and save the rest of the bull**** for someone who is too dumb to know any better.
If you think it's unconstitutional why don't you just tell us... why?

Nut up and report it then.
    Nut up?

I almost guaranteed that you can't do that anymore.

Yea but to be painfully honest, in general, women eat that **** up.
You want a women to vote for you; do something for children, women health, etc.

Sure did. I try to keep my hypocrisy to a minimum. You should try it sometime.

By the way, wasn't your side supposed to do away with the USA PATRIOT Act? How's that working out?

In a word: WRONG. The Commerce Clause is not a catch-all for whatever business you feel like regulating. At least it wasn't intended to be that way.

Because there is no section in the Constitution that supports it. You swore to protect it once -- too bad you don't know what is in it.

I piss on Pelosi's "legacy". She is a nothing - a moral black hole.
