All men have "feelings" and opinions, even about things that a majority feel are a good idea...I don't feel any particular way about it. Should I?

4 a : to be aware of by instinct or inference b : believe, think <say what you really feel>
2 a : to be conscious of an inward impression, state of mind, or physical condition b : to have a marked sentiment or opinion <feels strongly about it>
You're the epitome of the "Assume" cliche - write your congressman about a new entitlement for tax payer provided clock changing services... anything to create more government is a good thing. Maybe while they're there 2x a year, you can request they feed you, then wipe & flush. :mrgreen:All men have "feelings" and opinions, even about things that a majority feel are a good idea...
I guess that the TeaBag party is against DST as well..
Every time DST rolls around, havoc occurs.
I'll reset the 10 to 20 timepieces that we have and say nothing.
Then the wife will do the same, and say nothing.. Several days later, I'll forget and reset the clocks a third time..
Hilarious, I'm retired, so it matters little.:rofl
The solution, other than proper communication, is to have one of the "atomic" clocks that does things automatically, and to pitch all of the old junk!
The word 'feel' has several meanings, including being a synonym for the word 'think'.
Tell me which one you meant to convey in your question.
Vote on what is given in the poll or vote 'other' and tell us what you think of Daylight Saving Time.
Do I really need to explain this to you?
I voted "Other" because I'm ambivalent. Kinda like taking a dump every morning. It's just something you do. I don't feel emotionally about it either way. I'm a man, not a little girl... I have the emotional response of a tree as it is - somehow I just can't conjure up anything about DST. :3oops:
I think DST is unnecessary in an era where we have easy access to electricity. I hate that the sun can be up until 8:45 pm. Especially in this state where it is frackin hot during summer.
You sound a bit like Dr Laura. Did you ever listen to her? She used to regularly rake callers over the coals for using the word 'feel' in its dictionary accepted meaning for 'think'.
Kind of a whiny, female thing to do, I think... I thought she was a regular shrew, if you ask me.
Only a white man would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket and sew it to the bottom of a blanket and have a longer blanket.
That was one smooth talking snakeoil salesman who sold them on that one.
It's a pain in the ass.........
How do you feel about Daylight Saving Time?
