    Not true......
It really only has one meaning, I fail to see why people can't seem to grasp that......

Only its entire raison d'etre is to express the racial superiority of one race over another. I don't think the word "nigger" is offensive regardless of the context but I do find very uses for the word outside of a historical conversation. I don't even know why somebody would say the word outside of the history of the word itself. Does anybody know? Maybe in photographs depicting the use of the word historically? I wouldn't use the word talking about clocks or when I get McDs.

IMO Nigger is a racist pejorative, and Nigga is bothy an empowering term for a fellow black person, and/or non-racist term for a black person.

Personally, I find the latter term more disturbing when used by whites. Eww...

Any idea when they are going to have a 3rd season of that show?
"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

Not always, depends completely on context and situation.

I don't call people racial pejoratives but to each their own.

I have no idea, sometimes words can take on new meanings and other times it may be a comedy bit.

I find a lot of times when people do use it negatively, they are just doing so in anger and not really meaning that they think they are racially superior to that person.
