At this age, I make lists because if I didn't, I wouldn't remember anything. :)
 
I am usually dealing with 5 or 6 projects at a time at work. I make lists to keep myself organized.
 
I make lists when I feel I've lost sight of a big project and I always, always, ALWAYS make a grocery list. I go in, get what's on my list - and get the hell out. I hate shopping in all forms.
