americans dont know what right wing is
america is so far to the right that hitler would be considered liberal
I don't know if this forum is mostly right wingers.
I do think they are the loudest.
Thank You Barack Obama for Restoring Honor To The Presidency.
President Obama will rank as one of our greatest presidents!
Also with the data most of the disclosed political leanings are rightwing.
Would it be improper to assume that we could expect a similar ratio of left to right in the undisclosed category? Though one side may systematically prefer to choose privacy more often.
I'm a conservative in culture because I believe in continuity, and I believe in judgment. I don't believe that all opinions in culture are th same as everybody else's opinion. I don't believe that all art is the same. Some things are better than others, and you have to justidy why it's better than others, and you have to understand the grounds of justification.
I'm a liberal in politics but liberalism has no fixed dogmas. It has no fixed points, that you can say, 'This is the liberal position'. It changes because it's an attitude. It's a skepticism. It's a pluralism, it's agnostic."

"We all of us know down here that politics is a tough game. And I don't think there's any point in being Irish if you don't know that the world is going to break your heart eventually."-Daniel Patrick Moynihan, December 5, 1963
"he was a left wing socialist. thats why he hated communism. makes sense to me. ok i;ll accept that." - cope2
Nazi is short for National Socialist German Workers' Party. Hitler was a socialist and that's left wing.
And, yes, he hated communist...and jews, and gypsy's, and Christians, and gays, and...
...but such is the legacy of left-wing ideology.
"Liberalism is a doctrine fostered by a delusional and illogical people and rabidly promoted by the mainstream media and ruling elite which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end." - unknown
"To waste, to destroy, our natural resources, to skin and exhaust the land instead of using it so as to increase its usefulness, will result in undermining in the days of our children the very prosperity which we ought by rights to hand down to them."~ Theodore Roosevelt (Message to Congress, Dec. 3, 1907)
