Who deserves the most to beat the hell out of Jane Fonda and Code Pink?

None of the above.

I have no idea who these people are. The last I heard of Jane Fonda was that she was married to Ted Turner and was the star on Barbarella.

He's referring to her "Hanoi Jane" era.

Since my father is a Vietnam vet, I asked him what he thought about Ms. Fonda when Kerry was running for POTUS and she seemed to always be in the forefront. His answer was, "I hope she lives to be old and gray, without losing her mental faculties. That way, she has to live with the fact that she is and always will be a traitor to this country and it's servicemen." He didn't say a thing about beating the **** out of her or anyone else like her.

Take from that, whatever you want, OP.

Oh absolutely they should be physically assaulted for their peaceful protest. After all, it's not like freedom of speech is one of the tenets on which our government was founded or anything.

I wouldn't call what Hanio Jane did a peaceful act nor would I call harassing military recruiters just a peaceful thing.

Honestly, who gives a crap about what Jane Fonda did over 30 years ago. Let it go.

And how exactly was the code pink group harassing military recruiters? Their protest was on a Sunday when the recruiting office was closed. Did you even read your own article?

For some reason I do not think she feels bad about that or even cares(unless it is to help her sell a book). In a whacked out leftist mind such as hers and those who share similar views she probably doesn't even view what she did as a treasonous act.

In the old days traitors were shunned and executed.

CODEPINK*:*Berkeley Actions

"We are really proud of the Berkeley City Council for not buckling under intense pressure from the pro-war 'swift-boaters,'" says Medea Benjamin, CODEPINK Cofounder. "They clarified that they support the troops, but stated that they oppose "the recruitment of our young people into this war.' This has been a tremendous boost to our movement; CODEPINK continues to have our free parking space and noise permit, and we will continue to be outside the station every day calling for the recruiters to leave."

Well, this isn't the 'old days' anymore. I consider that a good thing. What she did wasn't (and isn't) deserving of the death penalty. Yeah, she's a ****ty American (and human being) but lots of people are.

I see nothing wrong with any of that. Their actions are perfectly legal and constitutionally protected.

The sooner that we, as a nation, come to grips that the fact is, the Vietnam War was wrong, the better. Some will and some have gone to their graves believing that we took the moral high ground in opposing communism.......but, as it turned out, we were wrong.
Fonda was, of course, wrong to harrass our troops; two wrongs do not make a right.. Here I am impling that Jane, the sex goddess, was never that bright..
She should have been protesting to our Congress and the President...an exercise in futility, of course, as the anti-communist bug had infected our thinking...such as it was.
We, again as a nation, should be asking our selves, why?
Why does a nation turn to nazism or communism??
This also applies to N Korea and Iran

That may be, jr. But in our society people are allowed a measure of freedom to be foolish. And if you look at her autobiography and admissions she has made in interviews, you will find a woman who was custom made for a man's base nature...beautiful, awesome body, and a self-destructive need to satisfy men. Sure, we men should strive toward higher character. But she was a dream-come-true for any red-blooded womanizer.

Figuratively speaking, I'll agree she needed a beating. But not a literal one. Whomever was dominating her life at the time of that stupid, emotional driven trip to Nam should have pre-emptively beat that idea out of her head. He was essentially an accomplice to a confused woman's idiocy.

Any decent American

I say all the above.

Jane Fonda A.K.A. Hanoi Jane

TITLE BAR TITLE

I don't think Hanoi Jane should be beat up for being a former communist sympathizer, traitor and aider and comforter to the enemy. I don't approve of vigilante justice but I sure wouldn't have lost any sleep if some F4 pilot had dropped a load of Willy Peter on the gun emplacement Ho Chi Minh Jane was sitting in 4 decades ago

It's not nice to wish harm on stupid bimbos. Sometimes they can't help not understanding things.

edit: and it was decades ago. get over it.

....Whoever makes Jane's Fondas horrible make up needs to be punched in the face.

Good grief. Look at those bags under her eyes.
