Random post for the polls this is all opinion ^^ (and hopefully a few arguments because they can occasionally be funny)
Marilyn Manson? Is that a joke?
I threw Elton John in there because he is a tremendously skilled songwriter and great pianist. And I don't mean that in a gay way.
Not one brother on the list.
Yall racist!
Marilyn Manson? Is that a joke?
Best music artist?
Probably boils down to Clapton or Elton John. Everything the Beatles did is overrated IMO. Not saying its bad, but I have listened to Beatles songs and I mostly come away uninspired. I think their popularity precedes their skill. Along with Elvis Presely, the beginning of the "pop" sensation. Clapton is probably more influential on artists like Page or Hendrix than is any Beatle, and those guys, while popular, were innovative musicians more so than the Beatles.

Those are just the choices off the list. My list would vary.
Tom Waits wrote songs for Johnny Cash!!! Oh the irony!Well, I woke up Sunday mornin',
with no way to hold my head that didn't hurt,
And the beer I had for breakfast wasn't bad,
so I had one more for dessert,
Then I fumbled in my closet through my clothes,
and found my cleanest dirty shirt,
Then I washed my face and combed my hair,
and stumbled down the stairs to meet the day.
Tom Waits could only dream of writing anything half as good.
From the selection, I choose Clapton. Hendrix blew him away, but he's not on the list.

Ehh, no. Kris Kristofferson wrote the above, Waits could only dream of being so lyrical. How about Gram Parsons?
