I have zero problem with that, you don't have to love the actions or the person, to me, and as you have well put it, those who haven't intentionally and directly taken innocent life or otherwise victimized others should have enough respect paid as to not speak ill of their character, their acts and words are fair game.

I hate no one---few people get that much attention from me---there are just so many folks out there. I don't have the time to waste hating on people.

I think it is perfectly acceptable to say whatever you want whenever you want to say it about whoever you want as long as you accept the fact that everyone else has the same freedom to speak that you do. If you feel the need to wish death on someone sick or spew out some venomous rant about someone who has just died and can't defend themselves, then you end up with ass cancer and are mocked for it or someone takes a nice piss on your mother's grave, your cries of outrage and ploys for sympathy might fall on deaf ears. What goes around..........etc

If you are OK with that, then by all means, rip them a new one.

Speaking ill of the dead and dying is just poor manners imo, and in reality, your opinion and my opinion of someone doesn't really matter at all.

It speaks bad for society as a whole when this type of question has to actually be asked.

Other. It is okay to speak ill of anyone, regardless of their medical status, whether it is done in a humorous manner, or whether or not they deserve it.

Slander or defamation is different. But there is nothing wrong with saying "I wish you were dead". There is no rule that you have to like everyone.
