Actually, that question is completely irrelevant to what the OP is asking.

The OP asks if it's human life. Not if it's conscious human life, constitutionally protected life, if it's a sapien...non of that.

Your liver is "human life" and meets the narro scope of the OP's question.

Not unless this is a very medically technical discussion, no.

If you think it applies to some uses but not others, then you would do better to set aside the lame word games and simply state "it doesn't work for fertilization but it does work for implantation, unless there's a spontaneous miscarriage...".

Define X is stupid, it shows you can't debate.

The quiz says fact. Wrong. The Sun doesn't actually rise or set. The Sun is stationary and the Earth rotates bringing the Sun into view and removing it from view.

    It goes on...

The quiz needs to learn what a FACT is.
Wrong. The sun is not stationary. It in fact does move. It rotates around the galaxies center. It is no more in the same spot 1 second ago than we were.

This explains my feelings exactly. One is a matter of fact, the other a matter of opinion.
If you build a man a fire, he'll be warm for a day.

If you set a man on fire, he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Does that "organism" have the potential to become anything but a human?

Irrelevent to what it is at the moment of conception.

It has the potential to become nothing more then what it currently is as well has the possibility of one day becoming a Homosapien.

My sperm has the potential to become Human too, given the right circumstances. Does that mean it should be considered "life"?

Too right. Poor wording on my part. I should have said Homo sapien.

If you were going to "begin" a new homo sapien's life,... what is the first biological event that you would have to successfully achieve?

In short,.. "when does an individual homo sapien's aging process begin?"

The creation of sperm and the creation of the egg of the mother. Without those first steps there is no chance of conception.
