Well to be fair, those two things are not mutually exclusive. You can be tougher on punishment while maintaining clear rules for the government when prosecuting and requiring sufficient evidence to prove that the individual accused of the crime did the crime.

Absolutely not guilty; the trial is a sham.

There is little to no evidence supporting the prosecution's case.

The material witnesses lack any semblance of credibility.

The jury was heavily tainted by media bias.

And the prosecutor is a conspiracy theorist who wed himself to the hair-brained theories of a woman who claims to speak with the dead. He also has a history of over-zealous prosecution.

Amanda Knox is the victim of a flawed justice system and an incompetent prosecutor.

Simpson is awaiting an appeal ... which he is going to win. Moreover, the judge in his trial is going to get disbarred for the stunts he pulled during the trial.

Most of my predictions have been accurate.

The judge in the trial allowed a juror to sit who stated that he believed OJ should have been convicted the first time.

As a matter of law, that juror is impartial and should have been excused. The judge committed reversible error when he allowed that juror to remain.

The Simpson verdict WILL be overturned.

Also ... the prosecutor eliminated all the African Americans from the jury pool. That in and of itself is a no-no.

In a real struggle where an assailant got in by breaking the glass, there would be glass under the mess, not on top as the struggle comes after. I agree though that the knife argument was weak. Especially since they both lived there are likely used it for mundane things on a weekly basis.

Not if they were removed for legitimate reasons :)lol:) that were proved to the court (the Judge). It is technically doable I suppose...

Race should be a non issue.

The case is about the facts, not about someone being black or white.

The sooner we move away from that, and Affirmative action, and all the other **** government does to seperate us by skin color the better off we will all be.

Any evidence the juror was removed BECAUSE they were black?

What is it with race baiters blaming RACE as the reason for a certain action rather than something that may have been said as a result of the general jury selection questions.

Have you ever sat through a jury selection? Do you understand how it works?
