Re: Do you think a religeous revolution is coming in this country?

In Europe I foresee problems with Muslim integration. In North America, it's more about the radical evangelical movement gaining power in politics. The evangelical movement in Canada has less of a voice because of the way our media politics operate, but in the U.S. they are loud and obnoxious, and gaining momentum. Even then, I don't think they represent the majority of Christians.

So I guess in short, I see maybe a battle in politics over religion, but on the whole no.

Moving on. Since you brought up the issue of morality, I take it you consider that the Republican party, at least those in power from state to Federal are leftists, not to mention many religious 'conservatives?'

Shall we name the list of those who have 1) Cheated on their spouses 2) fathered illegitimate children 3) Had homosexual relations while condemning homosexuality 4) Made use of prostitution services

I personally believe the right can only stand so much of this garbage like gay marriage, abortion, and anti military shoved down their throat..........
Thanks for proving you're a Social Conservative who doesn't give a **** about government/fiscal conservatism.

How did he in any way prove that he "doesn't give a **** about government/fiscal conservatism"?

Republicans are just about as bad as Democrats when it comes to the issues at hand but for the most part they do support our militaru and oppose gay marriage and abortion...........

I am surprised to see a few of my Conservative friends parting company with me on this...It is sad to see............

Because he focuses almost entirely on social items without discussing the fiscal/governmental aspects which would decrease the role of government. It's not government's job to regulate marriage. But if we let marriage go to the NGOs (as it should), then gay marriage would become essentially legal. Note that would decrease the size of government in our lives, which for a governmental conservative is a good thing. As for abortion, I agree with Dubya's private stance: between a woman and her doctor. Not government's place to get involved in private matters (Terry Schiavo anyone?). Now, if we go and ban that, that's more government especially in enforcement. Not something a fiscal/governmental conservative wants.

Yeah. You got no problem with massive government and massive spending not to mention interventions by the Federal government into private family matters. I remember your posts about defending Dubya's ridiculous spending programs and growth of government on WS. Furthermore, I do have the post where you stated you disagreed with everything I believe. Need I post that link again?

    Big fiscal/governmental conservative you are.

Incorrect on both accounts, but I won't go further off-topic unless you really want me to.

We are getting off topic but when it comes to Government you boy Hussen Obama wants to turn this country into a socialist state with assistance from cradle to grave and wants a health program that would cost the taxpayers a trilion dollars..............
