Obama is much more intelligent than Carter.Carter is much more foolish than Bush ever was.

Gotta agree with you here, but the foll that he is, he's optimistic, and sometimes naive; and while these are often viewed as wrong, I think they add a certain optimistic charm, especially to a political figure.

Sure. You can argue anything you like. Personally, I don't think people trying to steal info about the DNC has done more harm than Carter's idiotic policies, but the point could be argued.
