Police: Others May Have Seen Naked Man
First, why wouldn't they release the report or the name of the mother?
Second, it seems to me that this is a witch hunt if the mother is the wife of a cop. I'm not saying that this is always the case. It just seems awefully suspicious to me in this case.
And anyone ever notice that if a woman reports seeing a guy naked in his home that the guy is investigated and yet if a guy sees a woman naked in her home the guy is arrested for being a peeping tom?
Edit note: Fixed url.
5 am, if this is true, then little can be seen, but, consider this >
If it is dark outside and the man's lights are glowing nice and bright inside, then he is highly visible.
Even then, what is the big deal ???
The woman must be an el-sicko if she is offended by this, but what about the child ?
I have read nothing of this child..
What did he see ?
The true victims in this case is the general public, the taxpayers.
Why should 5 cops be doing what is normally a one man job ?
I'd lay off those 5 cops and tell the woman to get bent....and stop trespassing.
Next case.
If the guy has done this before, and it was obvious that he was trying to show himself for the kids to see, then he should be charged. I don't think this is the case. Even if it is, the police overreacted and handled the arrest totally inappropriately.
It sounds like the guy was just getting up, he may have been hung-over, and happened to be naked when he decided to get coffee and breakfast. It doesn't sound like he was actually trying to show himself to the woman or her child whether it was 5:30a or 8:30a, so at most, even if he was visible to more people, then he should have gotten a warning. And if she really was trespassing, she should get a warning about trespassing and looking into other people's windows.
On a personal note, I think that many people are way too prudish about nudity, especially in the US. People who think nudity is perverted need to work out their own issues about how they view the human body.
1. It was 5:00am. How many kids are awake at 5:00am?
2. He was in his own house.
3. The trespasser in question is allegedly related to one of the five thugs that stormtroopered into the victim's home.
4. The cops are wrong this time and the need to feel the consequences of their actions.
"The complaint came from an unidentified woman who was walking with a 7-year-old boy. A Fairfax County Police spokesperson said officers arrested Williamson for indecent exposure because they believe he wanted to be seen naked by the public.
On Wednesday, investigators told FOX 5 they have reason to believe there may have been another incident in which someone saw Williamson naked in front of his window. They're asking anyone who may have seen Williamson in the nude through his windows to come forward, even if it was at a different time.
Police are especially concerned because the house is located across the street from a bus stop for school children. So on Wednesday, officers canvassed the neighborhood with fliers, asking anyone who may have been subject to an exposure to come forward.
The department spokesperson says in a rare move, they're releasing more information about the case.
"Because this was being spun into a national story, and the idea you can't be naked in your own house-- we wanted to come forward and say in this case our officers believed there was probable cause the law had been violated," said Jennings.
Eric has since moved out of the rental house he shared with several diving buddies. And, by phone on Wednesday, the father of a 5-year-old girl maintained his innocence, as he did Monday in an exclusive interview with FOX 5.
"I'm a loving dad-- any of my friends would tell you that," Williamson said. "There is not a chance on this planet I would ever, ever do anything like that to a kid."
Police wouldn't release the incident report or the name of the mother who filed the complaint. FOX 5 has learned she is a respected member of the community, and just happens to be the wife of a Fairfax County Police officer. - Police: Others May Have Seen Naked Man in Window
Man the police are railroading this guy hard. I mean I can understand investigating but fliers??? And asking for anyone to just come in???
Perfect case of police over reaction and now they are scrambling to make some kind of case to cover their asses.

The woman should be arrested for trespassing and charged with carelessly exposing her minor to nudity.Breaking News | Latest News | Current News - FOXNews.com
This video from Fox News tells the story. He was spotted through his kitchen window at 5 AM making coffee in the buff by a woman who was cutting across his lawn with her child. She called the police and 5 cops barged in his house and found him in his bedroom and arrested him. He's facing charges for indecent exposure.
Two things wrong with this. First of all, this man is in his own house. He can do what he wants. If people are nosy and want to look in his windows that is their problem. Second, that lady should not be running across his lawn in the first place. She trespasses on his property, stomps across his lawn, and the SHE has the nerve to complain about what he is doing in his own house? Absurd.
