This video from Fox News tells the story. He was spotted through his kitchen window at 5 AM making coffee in the buff by a woman who was cutting across his lawn with her child. She called the police and 5 cops barged in his house and found him in his bedroom and arrested him. He's facing charges for indecent exposure.
He should not be arrested for being in his kitchen naked - he should be arrested for not being in MY kitchen naked

I wonder if the lady would have reported a woman naked in her kitchen?

Here is the woman's side of the story.

The naked truth? Woman's account exposes different story - wtop.com
The woman told police it was 8:40 a.m. when she was walking her son to school along a path between houses. She said they first spotted Williamson naked in an open door in the car port of his home.

She also told police that Williamson then walked across the house to a large window, facing the way she was walking.

"A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murder is less to fear"

The police report would say what time it happened, right?

Hopefully another story comes outwith a police report and a layout of the house and property and picture of the windows she claimed to see the man naked through.

Hell, I'm nude right now. Not at home though.
People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf.
