My take on the poll results is that we are growing up as a nation. This is nothing but good. At least as far as the members of this forum go.
The tea bag partyers, I do not know about.
This is not so good.

She should have shot the pervert.
Fail. :doh I think she's a pervert who did this on purpose because she thinks exposing a minor to nudity is funny. He should've shot her in the coochie.

Im sitting naked in my study as I type this, a pair of Blue Tits just pressed themselves up against the window to get a better look.

Mrs Rasmussen is from Denmark:shock:

I would appeal and file suit against the department and the tresspasser.
Did she claim the man pulled down his pants when he saw her and the kid, or was he just naked when she walked by?

Well this is good news at least:

Judge - "I don't fine people for being stupid. We'd all be in jail."

Dean, the wife of a Fairfax County Police officer, told Fox 5 she is pleased with the conviction, but didn't want to say anything else.

"I feel the exact feelings that they're speaking - I've put onto other people. They're looking into my home. I live in a fishbowl, an ant farm. Everyone's looking inside my house now. That's ok," said Williamson.

The judge is not requiring Williamson to serve any jail time. He and his lawyer say they will appeal based on principle.

This video from Fox News tells the story. He was spotted through his kitchen window at 5 AM making coffee in the buff by a woman who was cutting across his lawn with her child. She called the police and 5 cops barged in his house and found him in his bedroom and arrested him. He's facing charges for indecent exposure.

This women is obviously neurotic. I feel sorry for her child.

Punishment, punishment, punishment... it's all the system looks at. Such a sham.

This is more true than any of you know. Officials aren't interested in doing what's right. They're out for blood and willing to destroy lives to see it flow.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. You speak from your own experience(s), the things you've witnessed in life, as do I.

Ridiculous. How could the judge agree that the guy intended to expose himself to a child and a woman just because he sleeps in the buff and got up to make his morning coffee? He clearly had no such intention, and I think it's important to consider that when ruling in such a case.

If he was standing at his window looking right at them and waving it around, then I would totally agree, but c'mon.

Punishment, punishment, punishment... it's all the system looks at. Such a sham.

Did you read the article? In its entirety?

Unless the Cops saw him Nakid, the Lady has no case.

Yes she does, she just has to get a warrant via the magistrate or a criminal summons and present her testimony vs his testimony in court.

A bum peed in the street in front of my 50 year old female next door neighbor. she called the cops. the pee was still on the ground. A Female cop came out, and said, "Unless she witnessed the crime, there was nothing she could do about it". end of story. ---things may be different in your hood.

The only reason there was a arrest was that it was a COP's wife who reported it. And then the husbands police dept had to cover for the wife. A gross misconduct by the cops and the prosecutor.

No. He should press trespassing charges against the frigid neighbor. Chrissakes.. the man was INSIDE his own home early in the morning.

My question would be - why was she looking in his windows at 5am?

Good news is that he's not receiving a fine or any jailtime (even though he was officially "convicted").

Was this a left-over sketch by the Monty Python gang?

Once again, easier said than done. He would have to inform the the Lady that she was trespassing, in front of the Officer. Then the next time, she could be charged.---I just went through that one myself. ---It is hard to actually file on people. Things may be different in other places.

d'ya reckon this had anything to do with the fact the mother is the wife of a local cop?

Any misdemeanor outside the presence of law enforcement can still be prosecuted if the witness/victim goes to the magistrate to obtain a warrant or criminal summons.

Half the time these bull**** cases, like this one and the one you describe will get ignored by the magistrate though.

True enough--they didn't want to hear about it.--so I took matters into my own hands. --I doubt he will be back.
