You're a character, and so are most of the others here at Debate Politics...

I think if two or more characters are gathered in his name, he will be amongst us.

*We* don't have enough evidence to even consider this question. As it stands now from what the public knows, there is not just cause to remove the children.

But I will say this. Kids don't just vomit each time they're asked a specific question that could get their parents in trouble unless they are scared to death. It could be that Falcon is just a sensitive little kid who wants to protect dad, or it could be that Falcon knew he was going to have the crap beat out of him (or worse) for his slip up. I do think the family should be monitored, but not necessarily because of the hoax. My gut tells me there's something wrong in that family, and it's not just the father's need for attention. The hoax may just get CPS in the door, and I support that.

There's no evidence for CPS to get involved over through. He shouldn't be monitored. The family may be ****ed up, but welcome to America. Less there is evidence that the child was actually abused, there ain't **** we can justly do.

We've already seen that the father is all too willing to use his kids in his loony publicity schemes. What's going to happen when he needs a bit more realism next time?

Deal with it next time. There is not any evidence right now of the child being abused. You can't just send in government agents for no reason other than "well maybe next time...".

And I've already said we shouldn't take the children away right now, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't check in from time to time to make sure nothing has changed. He's already shown that he's willing to use his children in his own get-rich schemes, I'd say that sufficient reason to keep an eye on them.
