At some point in your life there is a good chance you were at a sporting event where someone decided to streak. You might have even laughed about it, but at St. Francis High School streaking is no longer a laughing matter. Lately, they have seen a little too much of their students a little too often.
"They are in various types of undress. In one case we had a streaker wearing cleats only," said principal Paul Neubauer.
The St. Francis student streakers go back a few years, but this year school officials said it went too far. Football players and fans have seen a total of five streakers at three different games -- one of those was an away game. The last time it happened at St. Francis was for Homecoming and it got a little out of hand. The 17-year-old student streaker was caught and arrested by police on site. Another teen then tried to assault an officer during the arrest......One of the teens involved is no longer a student at St. Francis and is now attending another school. Another teen involved faces criminal sexual conduct charges for exposing himself to minors while streaking. He faces up to 90 days in jail and a $1,000 fine. He could also be classified as a sex offender if he is charged and convicted.
