as for your second question there is a russian saying which basically says a person who's been in a fight is worth two who haven't. thinks spartans vs iraqi army who simply surrendered.

if that wasn't so you could simply paint black people white and prison population would be reduced by 1/2 overnight.
There were some good reasons that we went into Iraq, in fact it was President Clinton who first articulated regime change as a national security issue in his national security strategy.
Like the war or not, it was not an unjustifiable event.
