    Jobs for the most part are not desirable careers are to some extent.

    If they want you to get in shape, that's their prerogative. I personally know a woman who worked for Bone Daddy's(a "Hooters-esque" establishment) and was told that if she did not lose 10lbs. she would be fired. There's nothing wrong with that, from a business standpoint.
