Does anyone still believe that the health care reform bill in its entirety was good for America? Or were necessary changes needed to be made to the bill due to the concern of many good Americans?

Does anyone still believe that the health care reform bill in its entirety was good for America? Or were necessary changes needed to be made to the bill due to the concern of many good Americans?....And who exactly are these people ?
I believe that we do need health care reform.
And we need election/campaign reform;
and education reform;
in the reverse order.
Does the phrase "we have the world's finest health care - for those who can afford it" have any meaning ?
