Hence, when you pick ghosts for example, it means that you believe that ghosts exist, period.

I'm sorry you find it annoying, but I do not differentiate. I leave my options open to the possibility that any of the things you mention could be true. You asked what one believes and I answered...most honest way I can. Not sure what else you are looking for.

Aliens? Absolutely. Do you know just how big the universe is? What a vast waste of space if we are alone.

And there's something upstairs. What it is in the question.

And the last part is flawed. One does not believe in scientific theories. One understands them.

    Re: Stuff you believe in

I believe in being open-minded. I wish more people truly held this belief.

But as for what I actually do believe out of the possibles given, my answers would still be all of the above.

Aliens - absolutely, not sure if they ever visited earth though, don't care as long as they don't try to invade in the future

God - yes, but I prefer to use "higher power" because I'm not sure about what form that power actually takes

an afterlife(heaven/hell type) - yes, but I also believe in reincarnation, so reaching it could take some lifetimes

ghosts - absolutely, I had an electric typewriter that started typing on its own when it wasn't plugged in, plus, I tend to think some places just tend to be too creepy for it not to be ghosts

spirits/souls - I think this is a must to believe in either of the two above, but along with this, I also believe in soulmates

scientific theories - definitely evolution, it just makes sense to me BBT, sure, I guess, never really cared to study it much though there are a lot more though, so it's hard to say beyond these which ones I would and wouldn't agree with

other - well, I can't really believe we are in a Matrix, but acknowledge that it is possible truly believe that the existence of supernatural creatures and magic is possible, not sure why definitely believe in extra-sensory perception (ESP for those not familiar), to include at least telepathy, telekinesis, precognition, to name a few

As I said at the start, I try to be very open minded. Lack of proof of existence does not discount the possibility of it.
