The government was the one who said it was okay for him to smoke the marijuana, it is the manager at his assisted living home that sentenced him.
 
Don't you think you might have specified which patients?

I'm always suspicious of "medical" marijuana because their never seems to be nearly the interest in superior, refined products that treat the same issues. In other words, their seems to be little demand for it among people who don't want to get stoned.

On top of that, I have little faith in most herbal remedies.

Side note: the guy in the video seems to have an awful lot of muscle tone and mass for the conditions he's said to have. In my opinion (I have some medical training) their may be a hoax involved here.

I won't vote in a poll that is phrased in a way that there are no options I agree with. I beleive in legalization of all "victimless crimes", but I don't believe patients NEED marijuana. Some people tend to over-mystify that particular plant, which does affect memory and has other side-effects. There are many potentially-beneficial substances out there, both natural and artificial, and people should choose whatever works for them the best.
 
Once again, the OP has posted exactly once on topics other than marijuana. I am betting his interest is not in medical use, but in personal use for his own pleasure. He should try just being honest about that.

It is none of anybodys biz if the OP smokes weed for medical or for fun. It is his choice if he wants to share something personal like that. :)

He's fat, but it looks to me like fat over reasonable muscle.

Further, his face doesn't seem to be sagging and he sounds like his breathing muscles are working well. It's a hunch. I'd like some of our other medical types, especially those with far more training than I to comment.

Also, who, not at deaths door, receives a news reporter while wearing just a sheet. That also seems pretty odd.

When a relative is dying and miserable you'll try anything to relieve their discomfort and try to get them to eat something. Leave this guy alone.

Absolutely.
I'd bury this poll, as it is too poorly presented.
But, things would be so much better if this crap weed, marijuana were legal.
From what I have read, it does have medicinal value.
 
I guess this is in the Canadian Okanagan in BC. What a bunch of condescending witches run that place! They have a lot of nerve treating someone like that.
