So...I guess my question is with many members eager to defend the GOP........Why is no one willing to admit he/she IS ONE????

Re: Have the Republican Gone Too Far in Criticizing Obama

Attacking Obama politically is mere theatre since they are both the same party at heart. Sure they have a few extremist on the left and right to add some flavor but nothing substantial will change. Despite all the campaign rhetoric dear leaders actionable policies are basically the same as the previous administrations. After a theatrical full day of yelling and screaming at each other on the congressional floor for the cameras they all go out for beer and steaks on the taxpayers dime. The GOP is on dear leaders team in the end just like an opfor made up for training purposes.

Only the conservatives that clearly stay on message can help dear leader over his own cliff but in the end dear leader has so far proven his own worst enemy when the mask slips or the TOTUS is on a coffee break. The GOP is meaningless and irrelevant for the most part.

I think that is strictly due to the partisan divide in this country now & that Obama's commitment to Bush's wars (for example) will be short term. We have already seen a re-involvement in REAL diplomacy, REAL science & REAL efforts to change HC for all citizens in this country.
GW Bush & B. Obama are as far apart politically as 2 Presidents could be & Obama is just trying to pick his way through the partisan mine field before he divorces himself completely from all things Bush!

Obama is a serious, intelligent Constitutional scholar who understands & respects our political system. GW Bush is a hard drinking, frat party loving Cheerleader., rich brat.... who has no real understanding of or affection for our system of government, & is the worst disaster to befall our country since the Civil War..
