Yes and I think I would finally be able to kick the habit
Yes - although I am unsure it would work
No - I will continue to smoke
No - If I want to quit I can do it on my own
Perhaps when I am ready to quit
I would chat with her when I'm feeling particularly snarky, but I wouldn't ever call her on the phone.
"There is a lot of talk coming from CitiGroup about how Dodd-Frank isn't perfect, So let me say this to anyone listening at Citi —I agree with you. Dodd-Frank isn't perfect. It should have broken you into pieces." -- Elizabeth Warren
No pain at all, none. I takes about 30 Min's. I was in a dimly lit relaxing room with soft music playing.
I have not had the physical urge to smoke since then. Don't get me wrong you still have the withdrawals and the habit (like wanting a smoke after you eat) but the physical want is gone.
From what I understand it makes your brain think your body has nicotine, when in fact the levels are dropping.

I'm in the process of quitting at the moment, and I get my nicotine replacement therapy free from the NHS. They offer patches, pills, inhalators and nicotine gum, plus group support sessions.
"I'll govern for all the ambitions of Scotland, and for all of the people who imagine that we can live in a better land. This party, the Scottish party, your party, carries your hope, and we shall carry it carefully, and make the nation proud."

If it assuages your "entitlement program" warning system then lets say it hypothetically is a deposit.
You pay a few cents per pack, if you decide you want to quit and want to take advantage of the deposit to do so, then you turn in x amount of box tops to cover or offset the treatment options.
If you don't want to play then you can turn in your box tops for a refund of the deposit.
