It is perfectly logical to be 17 and a Liberal- you probably don't own very much yet.

Also, you may be fortunate enough to have been shielded from some of the less pleasant realities of life.

Please don't be offended that I say this, there is simply no substitute for the experiences that come with being an independent adult. And I believe that the very young should be sheltered, for reasons I may elaborate upon at some point.

My Adelice to someone your age would be to make a point in the next few years of observing some of the most evil people you can in safety. This can be tricky. But I found, in my case that you really will never understands certain aspects of human nature until you do.

Oh, and try to study some saintly people too.

A rich set of studies in this vein, I have little doubt will drive your politics to the right, and help you become a fully actualized adult. Many of your peers never will, and will be children in adult bodies the day they die.

I don't think it is a bad game, it's just not Fallout, it's Elder Scrolls 5.

Im in my mid 30's and have always been a very conservative person. Then again most country boys are .

My theory: Country people are a more simple down to earth people that are still in touch with the basics. City folk have been detached from this basic life and rely heavily on others.

My experience says just the opposite. "Country Folk" live somewhat sheltered detached lives...a sort of charming naivite. This is why rural areas tend to be much more "red" than cities which tend to be "blue".
