John McSpecter somehow unsure on Sotomayor

I voted "none" because that article was such a piece of crap waste of my time, I would feel dirty agreeing with any part of it.
 
From the perspective of Republican party conservatives, it probably seems reasonble to do the things the writer suggests.

But I seriously doubt that conservatives are in the majority currently in either party.

Not to mention that simple politican CYA instincts would likely prevent much of what the author suggests.

So it won't happen
